Kata
Kata (forms) are sets of prearranged defenses. Together, the twenty six kata of Shotokan Karate contain virtually all the knowledge of this fighting system.
Use these videos to help you practice and to remember you kata. It is probably
not a good idea to attempt to learn your kata from these videos as it can be
difficult to see details, and kata do occasionally change!
