Karate
What is Karate?
Karate translates literally as Empty-Hand.
It is a martial art of Japanese origin that deals with attacks through evasive body movements and blocks,
and counter attacks using kicks, punches and strikes.
Karate is comprised of three elements; kihon (basics), kata (forms) and kumite (sparring).
